Welcome to Offlyn! These terms of use govern your use of the website (www.offlyn.life, hereafter the "Website") and the Offlyn mobile application (iOS and Android, hereafter the "App"), provided by Offlyn Exp Labs Pvt Ltd (hereafter "we," "us," or "Offlyn"). Please read these terms carefully. If you disagree with these terms or our privacy policy, you must not use the Website, App, or any of the services we provide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using Offlyn’s platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.

2. Our Services

Offlyn provides a platform for users to host or discover in-person and virtual experiences based on shared interests. While we facilitate these connections, we do not manage or ensure the quality of events hosted by users. Our role is limited to providing tools for communication, payments, and event discovery.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Offlyn.

  • Users must provide accurate and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.

  • Creating accounts with false identities or impersonating others is prohibited.

  • You must not have any unspent convictions or court orders related to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.

  • You must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Offlyn reserves the right to remove your account if you violate these terms.

  • Users from countries that are part of the European Union are not permitted to use the service.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

5. Registration and Account Responsibilities

To use the Website or App, you must register and authenticate yourself using Google or a phone number. During registration, you may be required to provide personal information, including a profile picture, name, gender, and date of birth. Your email address will be used as your identifier when contacting support.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Notify Offlyn immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

  • Accounts must not be shared or transferred to others.

By registering, you grant us permission to send SMS notifications related to your account activities and one-time passwords (OTPs).

6. Community Guidelines

Offlyn users are expected to behave with dignity and professionalism. Violating the following guidelines may result in account suspension or termination:

  • Do not post or share defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, or illegal material.

  • Avoid sharing misleading or false information.

  • Do not use automated tools (e.g., bots) to access or manipulate the platform.

  • Sharing login details with others is prohibited.

  • Do not upload malicious code or compromise the platform’s security.

  • Avoid disrupting public order or infringing upon the platform’s operations.

  • Immediately cease contact with any user who requests it.

  • Respect the intellectual property of others and obtain prior written consent when necessary.

  • Use the platform and user-provided information lawfully and respectfully.

Unacceptable behavior, including harassment or inappropriate conduct, may result in termination of your account without notice.

7. Safety

Offlyn does not conduct criminal background checks or verify user statements. You are responsible for your safety when interacting with other users, online or offline. Interactions carry inherent risks, and you must take appropriate precautions. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on our platform but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.

If a minor fraudulently registers, their parent or guardian may request data deletion by contacting us. Offlyn will remove the minor’s data promptly upon verification.

8. Fees and Payments

  • Offlyn charges service fees for certain features, which will be disclosed before a transaction.

  • Hosts are responsible for setting and communicating refund and cancellation policies.

  • Payments are processed securely through Offlyn, and disputes must be reported promptly to support.

9. License

By using Offlyn, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, international, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display any intellectual property (e.g., text, photos, videos) you upload for purposes such as communication, advertising, and internal operations.

Offlyn reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, with or without notice. We are not liable for any resulting interruptions.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated, and associated profiles will be removed from Offlyn.

  • Offlyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms without prior notice. Purchases made on Offlyn are non-refundable.

If you believe copyrighted material has been infringed on Offlyn, provide the following information:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

  • A description of the copyrighted work

  • A description of the infringing material’s location on the platform

  • Your contact details

  • A statement of good faith belief regarding the disputed use

  • A declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Offlyn may provide links to external websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or damages resulting from these links. Review the terms and privacy policies of such sites before engaging with them.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Offlyn is not responsible for user interactions or disputes. While we may monitor disputes, we are not obligated to intervene.

  • We disclaim liability for damages arising from user conduct, service interruptions, reliance on platform content, or third-party interactions.

  • Offlyn’s maximum liability will not exceed the total fees you have paid to us.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Offlyn, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Disclaimers

Offlyn does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free services or specific outcomes. All content is provided “as is” and at your own risk. We disclaim responsibility for user-generated content and conduct, both on and off the platform.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Offlyn may be acquired or merged with another company without prior notice.

  • Failure to enforce these terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain enforceable.

  • These terms are subject to change. Continued use of Offlyn constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
